Summary

Baylor Medicine is seeking a progressive and highly-qualified primary care physician with experience in preventive and complex care to deliver patient care in the Comprehensive Healthcare Clinic, a renowned executive and concierge practice. Utilizing innovative, evidence-based protocols, the concierge physician will provide exemplary primary and secondary care while coordinating specialty care delivered by expert Baylor College of Medicine faculty physicians and clinicians.

Job Duties

  • Provide personalized and comprehensive healthcare, including diagnosing, treating, and preventing illness while co-managing with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ensure timely access to healthcare services via in-clinic, telephonic, or video visits, and maintain top patient satisfaction scores.
  • Maintain professional communication with patients, colleagues, and referral providers, and respond promptly to inquiries within established timelines.
  • Adhere to ethical standards, protect patient confidentiality, and actively contribute to Baylor College of Medicine’s mission and values.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to integrate advanced medical tools and techniques into practice.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism, including appearance, diversity commitment, and active participation in hospital privileges and community engagement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
  • 10+ years of progressive clinical and leadership experience
  • Demonstrated skills in preventive/acute/chronic/complex care
