City of Hope Orange County is transforming cancer treatment by bringing world-class expertise and specialized care closer to home. Supported by a regional network of care, our 11-acre academic cancer campus in Irvine is home to City of Hope Orange County Lennar Foundation Cancer Center, our outpatient cancer center, and Orange County’s only cancer specialty hospital, opening in late 2025.
With the opening of the hospital, the full continuum of advanced cancer care—from prevention through survivorship—will be available in Orange County for the first time, eliminating the need to travel for lifesaving treatment. Seamlessly connected to our outpatient cancer center, the new clinical research hospital will feature 73 inpatient beds, advanced surgical suites, groundbreaking clinical trials, and holistic services such as rehabilitative therapy and spiritual care. This isn’t standard cancer care. This is lifesaving cancer care. This is Hope.
**Night shift schedule is generally 11pm to 7:30 am**
The Supervisor is responsible for efficient management of the OR Surgical Supply, Warehouse Operations/General Stores, Research Stores staff, supply order and inventory, shipping and receiving and equipment/furniture moves.
As a successful candidate, you will:
- Prepare work schedule, assign personnel, evaluate work performance, and make recommendations for personnel action.
- Maintain records of deliveries and signature of recipients.
- Inspect area daily for compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and standards, and take corrective action when violations occur.
- Direct maintenance of department facilities, equipment, and materials in a condition to promote efficiency and safety.
- Assure that all materials and equipment are received, stored and shipped efficiently and in a timely manner. Develop and maintain quality assurance/performance improvement records and techniques for department.
Your qualifications should include:
- Associate's Degree or 2 years of experience in hospital or clinical operations within a materials management, supply chain, or warehouse environment (outside industry experience can also be considered)
- 2 years of experience in clinhealth care, warehouse, and storeroom operations.

Salary range $ 68,640- 111,072

Salary / Pay Rate Information:
Pay Rate: $33.00 - $53.40 / hour
