As a successful candidate, you will:
The Sr. ServiceNow HRSD Administrator is responsible for the complex day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform, ensuring that it effectively aligns with HR’s operational objectives and policies. This role will be key in taking a lead role in maintaining system integrity, managing user access, overseeing data management processes, and addressing HRSD-specific incidents. The Sr. HRSD Administrator will work closely with HR teams, IT, and vendors to ensure that HRSD is configured and functioning to support the overall HR service delivery strategy.
- HRSD Product Administration: Manage and oversee the more complex day-to-day system administration of the HRSD platform, ensuring that all HR-related processes and workflows are properly configured and aligned with organizational goals. Customize and maintain HRSD features based on business requirements and HR operational needs.
- HRSD User Access Management: Oversee user access management for the HRSD platform, including assigning appropriate roles and permissions in accordance with HR policies and security protocols. Perform peer-review regular audits of user access to ensure compliance with organizational security standards and to maintain the integrity of sensitive HR data.
- HRSD Data Management: Manage and oversee the accuracy and integrity of HR-related data within the HRSD platform, ensuring regular data reviews, imports, and exports align with HR’s strategic needs. Ensure proper integration with other HR systems and maintain data consistency across platforms. Perform peer-reviews of the data within HRSD for accuracy.
- HRSD Incident Management: Identify, track, and resolve complex HRSD-specific incidents in collaboration with IT and end-users. Troubleshoot and escalate platform-related issues as needed, working with IT to address root causes and resolve technical issues related to platform functionality and integrations.
- Customer-Defined Configuration Updates: Responsible for implementing complex customer-defined configuration updates within HRSD that do not impact platform-level functionality requiring formal release processes. Work closely with HRSD users to understand their needs and apply configuration changes that enhance system performance and usability.
- HRSD Vendor Support Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow vendor support related to HRSD-specific incidents, providing detailed information about platform issues, incidents, and required resolutions. Collaborate with IT to ensure that vendor activities, including upgrades or changes, are properly managed and do not negatively impact platform stability or integrations.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Consult with IT teams on platform-wide implications or system integrations to ensure the smooth functioning of HRSD across various systems. Communicate effectively with HR teams to ensure that changes, updates, and new features within HRSD are understood and properly adopted by end-users.
- Change Management & Documentation: Contribute to the change management process by documenting system changes, updates, and new configurations. Ensure that HRSD users are notified of changes in functionality, processes, and workflows, and provide training, job aids or support as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Your qualifications should include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- 4 -8 years of experience in HR technology administration, ideally within HR Service Delivery (HRSD) systems such as ServiceNow.
- Demonstrated experience with user access management, data integrity, and incident resolution within HR platforms.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and vendors.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications (optional / Preferred)

Salary / Pay Rate Information:
Pay Rate: $51.24 - $81.98 / hour
