Job Description
Responsibilities*Under general supervision, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. With this knowledge, develops or modifies moderately complex information systems.
Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary. Guides and advises less-experienced Business Systems Analysts.
Competent to work in some phases of systems analysis and considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
Support large scale projects (Produce meeting minutes/action items; Document project assignments; Maintain project status reports)
Manage small request (Meet with admins/end users to collect requirements; Liaise between end users and developer; Document request status/provide updates in weekly team meetings)
Lead departmental documentation overhaul (Setup SharePoint structure; Coordinate with technical lead on documentation requirements; Develop documentation report, with status of project documentation)
Willingness to learn new tech and clinical background on projects.

Required Qualifications*
BA degree, 1 year of experience in business analysis/data analytics
Desired Qualifications*
BA degree plus 1-5 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics
Proven ability to produce and maintain reports
Demonstrated attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Strong quantitative, written, and verbal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively; able to effectively network and build relationships with stakeholders
Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, web apps preferred
