What You Will Achieve

You will help us in building our strength in analytics based reporting. You will be relied onto design and manage the analytics web-based reports on an enterprise-wide scale.

As a Manager, you will provide guidance to operational teams for managing projects. Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements, and providing areas of improvement for products, processes or services. Through your comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts and theories of the discipline, you will also work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different teams.

How You Will Achieve It

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

- You are responsible for becoming very proficient in using the team’s analytics tools and taking raw data and making it meaningful and actionable for our customer groups.

- You will oversee the creation of comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management.

- You will analyze data and produce information which is the foundation for business intelligence for our stakeholders; design reporting of data that is of high strategic and tactical value.

- Demonstrate expertise and partner with functional groups to ensure reporting requirements are identified, designed, and distributed appropriately, while highlighting and interpreting issues, trends, and variances within the data

- Lead initiatives that anticipate customers’ urgent requests and other business needs and deliver business information to key stakeholders that give the ability to avoid crises, be ahead of trends, and implement solutions that optimize business benefit and minimize business risk.

- Lead and manage projects to improve usability, consistency, relevance, timeliness, and responsiveness of current technologies.

- Respond to ad hoc data requests from Audit & Compliance and Legal departments.

- Translate high-level business problems into solutions using data-driven modeling and analysis.

- Provide hands-on technical expertise to contribute to for solution design, prototyping and development activities.

- Stay abreast of new capabilities in the cloud-based analytics and the AI space to improve existing solutions.

- You will lead the design and execution of analytics projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- In this role, you will explore and help with the selection and implementation of analytics tools and software.

- You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.

- You are expected to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics.

- You will provide mentorship and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- As the Manager, Analytics and Reporting, you are at the heart of our operations, providing guidance and leadership on moderately complex projects. Your ability to manage time and resources effectively will be key in driving our business forward.

- You will work closely with the Digital team in ensuring data correctly flows from source systems into their associated reporting databases

- You will exercise judgment utilizing your knowledge and experience, becoming a resource for others. Your ability to share your expertise and support others will be key in fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- You hold a BA/BS degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with data, reporting tools and various systems, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- You have a familiarity with reporting tools, databases and how data is moved between systems.

- You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.

- You demonstrate a deep understanding of data governance and data management best practices.

- You are skilled in using or willing to learn data visualization tools such as Spotfire, Tableau, Business Objects or Power BI to present data in a meaningful way.

- You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

- You are a strategic thinker with the ability to use data to drive decision making and business strategy.
