What You Will Achieve
Your technical and business skills will help you represent a major Pfizer client or business area in all information technology activities. Your leadership skills will help provide a strategic or tactical direction and help plan the resolutions to information technology issues. You will participate in management and development of technology products and service standards which impact the client or business area. As a Senior Director, your innovative ideas and creative decision-making lead the strategic direction of your division. Your ability to leverage constructive relationships across divisions will help you maximize the resources available within the organization. Your ability to exercise foresight and judgment in initiating, planning, organizing and guiding complex projects in unprecedented situations shall be critical to the achievement to the division. Your focus on the team will include product management and marketing of the Pfizer Oncology AI Solution Platform. This includes managing the transition of projects from the client partner team to the creation center teams and the platform’s value realization strategy.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
How You Will Achieve It
Lead strategic direction including business performance and financial management for highly complex activities within a division.
Drive and maintain close positive partnership and productive relationships with business leadership and provide support for cross functional teams.
Lead and support business case development and Pfizer Digital strategy to ensure consistent and value add partnership with business and Pfizer Digital stakeholders.
Develop business proposals and make product/project presentations for clients.
Develop and implement supporting technological strategy in a broad range of application areas.
Understand market driven external technical capabilities and gather competitive assessments.
Accountable for the overall success and lifecycle of the product by leading product teams through definition, design, user story/requirement creation, documentation, launch, go-to-market activities, management updates and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Lead a supporting team of business analysts.
Lead governance to prioritize and manage demand for each division/function.
Focus on technologies including automation, natural language processing, machine learning, predictive analytics, blockchain, and business process management and how they can meet the objectives of the Pfizer Oncology Division.
Provide thought leadership to drive the organization to continuously improve operations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
15+ years’ experience
Significant prior experience developing and delivering digital, data analytics and technology solutions
Demonstrated program management and organizational leadership skills
Demonstrated strong financial business acumen, including business case development, Return on Investment and benefit analysis post project completion
Strategic thinker both from a business and technology perspective
Demonstrates innovation and risk-taking with budgeting and financial acumen
Strong people management experience
Strong communication skills
Business process improvement and investment value realization leadership experience
Experience managing business analysts
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree (technical or MBA)
Knowledge of AI/ML with implementation experience
Pharmaceutical industry experience and deep business acumen in R&D
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Must be capable of working US EST time zone
Travel up to 20% US based
