Role summary
Leads sales customer-facing colleagues with the goal of achieving successful strategy implementation in the market and meeting revenue and sales targets in the responsible region. Takes leadership responsibility to strategically drive the further development of customer and sales programsin line with business and brands strategies across the region.Develop and ensure the implementation of theGTMmodel including a proactive,innovative,and accountable omnichannel approach to customer interaction in compliance with the legal framework, within the hybrid model of interactions. Direct accountability for setting direction, deploying resources, and leading performance,goal settingand colleagues’ development discussions.Requires management skill, broad technical expertise, business knowledge, process&people leadership.Accountable for business, functional, operational processes and/or program management as well as for project and/or department budgets and the results of other people.
Core components
- Support and supervision for Health Representatives (HR) in the development and implementation of strategies for their territories
- Verification and support in creating plans to reach individual customer groups through various channels
- Monitoring, developing and assessing communication skills of HRs in various channels
- Supporting HRs in convincing clients to use modern communication channels
- Monitoring the work plans of HRs taking into account activities in all channels, monitoring of the history of contacts with clients
- Realization of sales goals for the district and quality goals
- Verification and distribution of sales targets for individual HRs
- Co-creating an action strategy and division of sales targets with the Biopharma Ops department
- Recruitment and implementation of newly hired HRs
- Systematic coaching of HRs
- Active support in the process of professional development of HRs, monitoring and supporting development plans (IDP)
- Verification and evaluation of subordinate employees (setting annual and cycle goals, semi-annual and annual evaluation)
- Responsibility for planning raises and bonuses for HRs
- Active participation in meetings and company projects
- Caring for self-development in the field of team and business management
- Monitoring and analysis of sales data
- Competitive intelligence
- Close cooperation with other departments within the company (Bio-Ops, Marketing, Medical etc.)
- Developing and presenting ideas and improvement proposals for corporate processes
- Team management, which may include HRs from different lines and / or different therapeutic areas and / or markets
Qualifications
- Qualification as required by law (Healthcare related)
- Min. 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry (sales is preferred)
- Highly developed communication skills
- Excellent presentations skills
- Digitally developed (virtual sales experienced is preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Very good knowledge of sales techniques
- Excellent organizational skills
- Coaching skills
- Good English language skills
- Very good computer skills on user level
- High level of analytical skills
- Driver’s license (type B)
- Willingness to travel frequently (district area, office meetings)
