IC & CFC Delivery Manager
Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
This role is responsible for developing & implementing Field Force and Incentive Compensation Strategies in alignment with Brazil’s strategic priorities to drive sales growth and performance. This, includes delivering CFC services including Territory Management & Optimization, CRM Delivery and Operations & Incentive Compensation Plans and Contest & Awards.
To provide subject matter expertise and recommendations to the BU Leadership and Country Leadership Team on key current field business processes as well as opportunities to optimize CFC operations from Territory Management up to Incentive Compensation Strategies.
Accountable to ensure effective processes are implemented to allow the core Field Operations business to run smoothly and efficiently.
This role provides ongoing support to all field based personnel. It includes developing and supplying key data sets and information that allow the field facing organization to measure and monitor and incentivize performance to adapt to business strategies and external changes.
Serve as the central point of contact for the field and provide an ongoing communication platform and support for the field force on CFC Service Delivery.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Incentive Compensation Design & Strategy
Designs, manages, and administerseffective IC Plans Designs (ICPDs) to drivetheright behaviorsandperformanceof the CFCs in alignment with the Businesspartners strategies.
Proactively identifies potential compliance risks and partners with Biopharma Quality to manage thesein alignment with Global Minimum Incentive Standards Policy (GMIS).
Streamlines and scales systems across Bus and identifies needs for innovation or operational support.
Takes appropriate/compliant risks to advance innovative processes and methodologies.
Drives alignment to the Global IC Ops. model, processes, enhancements, and strategies.
Drives transformation: standardization, optimization and automation towards higher efficiency, better service quality, and faster solution provisioning.
Ensures the provision of service delivery data and insights to support further its optimization, to enhance effectiveness of daily service delivery operations, and to provide insight for Commercial Ops.
Ensures the usage of Commercial Ops IC service delivery tools and platforms.
Improves quality, consistency (One Pfizer), and compliance across BUs.
Ensures all IC service delivery meets aligns with Global Minimum Incentive Standards Policy (GMIS) and Corporate Policies 706 and 707.
Represent Pfizer in any legal cases related to Incentive Compesnation when required.
Field Force Deployment
In alignment with regional & in market strategy - implement, govern and drive the adoption of Sales Force Automation suite of tools and processes Manage Field Force applications eg CRM database function, user-training, problem solving and always seeking ways to improve CRM system to enable easier data entry Maintain up to date colleague, territory and product data including content in CRM ( deployment and alignments, brick moves, accounts, etc) Implement sales CRM strategy, governance and innovation Ensure effective local System Administration, including validation of customer data Provide Project Management on local Sales Force initiatives Develop and execute Customer Targeting/Segmentation projects Ensure data integrity of FF decision support tools to drive productivity ie, dashboards and reports
Field Force Communications
Lead communication strategies for the Field Force
Build Field Force communication platform to enhance two-way communication between the leadership team and the Field Force
Serve as the escalation point of contact for the field and ensure effective triage and resolution of issues
Sales Data Management
Design & manage the field force structure according to the best allocation resourcing possible.
Work closely with IC (Incentive Compensation Team) and BAI to provide them the Field Force Structure to support Reps’ Sales achievement and corresponding Incentives

Technology savvy; commercial operations leadership; budget and finance management; influencing skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; project management skills; understanding of legal / regulatory requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degrees required. Master degree preferred
5+ years commercial or pharmaceutical industry experience
5+ years of experience and demonstrated skills in operational business and process planning and delivering business strategies and plans in a complex organization
3+ years experience leading/supporting complex projects or PMOs that include managing technical teams and multi-functional business processes
2+ years managing vendors or outside consultants
Successful track record of leading change within an organization
Demonstrated history of leading innovation/transformation
Delivery of exceptional customer services and experiences
Demonstrated agility to independently drive program completion
IT literacy
Deep understanding of field based technology
Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with internal & external stakeholders
Proven understanding of field force deployment processes
Ability to work in a matrix environment
Proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese (local language) and English is mandatory. Spanish language is also preferred, but not mandatory.
