Our Apple Enterprise and Education team helps our largest customers and partners transform their working, teaching, and learning environments while growing top-line revenue for Apple. To realise this goal, we gain a deep understanding of the sectors we engage with—at all levels from strategic to tactical. We create a vision that inspires our customers to transform their workplaces and campuses using the Apple ecosystem. We collaborate closely with internal and external partners to create plans for solutions and new use cases, and then we help drive execution of the solution.

At the end of the day, our customers need to know that with their significant investments in our technologies, everything’s going to work as promised. Our Field Engineering organisation helps to ensure the technical integrity of platforms, solutions, and apps developed for our customers. As the Enterprise and Education Field Engineering Lead for South East Asia, you will lead, develop and grow world class expert teams that solve technical and business problems to ensure success for Apple, our partners, and our customers. As a subject matter expert, you will roll your sleeves up and get hands on providing both deep technical sales consulting and support in the area of iPad, iPhone, Mac and Device Management technologies with a goal of transforming the way people teach, learn, and work.

This position will be located in Singapore and expected to travel across South East Asia.
Description
We are looking for an exceptional leader who will :-

- Build, lead, mentor and develop a diverse team of pre-sales and programs engineers responsible for driving Appleʼs pre-sales technical business in Enterprise and Education; Drive peak performance in revenue and objectives across the South Asia region.
- Ensure business operations run seamlessly and the Apple customer experience is exceptionally delivered through your committed leadership and role modelling.
- Architect, validate, demonstrate, and sell complete Apple hardware, software, and services solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and consulting to the Apple sales team, partners, and customers as you influence executives, faculty, and technical staff in a pre-sales capacity.
- Represent and advocate SEA technical priorities to internal stakeholders across Field Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales and Services organisations, establishing yourself as an expert and partner in the global organisation.
- Establish relationships and partner with executive leadership in your partners and accounts.
- Quickly master technical concepts, processes, details, and skills, and effectively communicate to a wide variety of audiences.
- Provide encouragement and support to team members, including communicating individual and team goals, identifying areas for mentoring and guidance, and implementing development programs for the team to build vital skills and knowledge to achieve performance targets.
- Use your broad business knowledge, credibility, and influence to anticipate needs, propose solutions, and drive organisational change.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of proven thought leadership in driving strategic technical consultative strategy to the Apple sales team, partners, and customers as you influence executives, faculty, and technical staff in a pre-sales capacity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven leadership skills in leading a team of experts
  • Demonstrated experience leading a pre-sales technical or engineering function; Background driving transformational change in both direct and channel sales is a plus
  • Deep knowledge of Apple products and complex technical solutions for the Enterprise and Education market.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in deploying, managing iPad, iPhone and Mac. This includes hands-on experience managing Apple devices with multiple Mobile Device Management solutions.
  • Ability to build, lead, and develop inclusive teams and attract and retain talent through performance management, coaching, guidance, and support.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others, articulate vision and purpose, and advocate for Appleʼs values.
  • Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimise processes and create solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills, including the ability to influence cross- functionally, navigate organisational structures, and manage complex relationships
  • Deep business acumen, strategic planning, and decision making skills; Forward-thinking mindset to analyse the market beyond the short term, foresee future possibilities, and translate data to plans, strategies, and action.
  • Experience managing a remote/geographically dispersed team is a plus.
  • Background driving performance across a large region, country, or functional area is highly preferred.
