What You Will Achieve
Your technical and business skills will help Pfizer build and support business information processing systems and data lake, In market sales solution, data processing, insight virtualization solutions. You will leverage on your business process and technical knowledge to develop new and modify existing business applications, data solutions and Reporting solutions. You will utilize your knowledge of computer systems, business processes and workflows in order to achieve your task goals. You will gather the requirements after discussions, for building or enhancing the computer based business process systems.
As a Director, you will be setting the objectives for multiple projects in your division. Your managerial and technical skills will help in guiding the people in your division. Your understanding of the external marketplace and customer requirements will facilitate in instituting knowledge sharing practices in your team and outside. You shall be relied on to manage operational activities that support the goals of the division and sets direction for its success.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be fully responsible for China commercial operation stability, including Data&Analytics solutions, SFA solution, Local applications and future marketing solutions by leading digital china operational team.
- Ensure vendors are providing quality services to Pfizer agreed level of services.
- Ensure service quality from multiple dimensions, including but not limited for tickets resolution SLA, Problem request fixing, Root cause analytics, SOP standards etc for ITIL relative areas.
- Manage daily scoped Change request to ensure the business improvements are conducted on daily basis with proper change request management process.
- Ensure the business stakeholders are well managed through professional communication skills.
- Lead/co-lead BAU relative projects to meet objectives and plan resource requirements for projects across the division.
- Provide leadership and accountability for the stable digital commercial operations.
- Deliver Operational relative projects within agreed budget, quality and schedule goals.
- Work with the Center of Excellence teams to ensure project solutions align with product roadmaps, helping to develop an application and data/analytics and SFA, Marketing solutions strategy which provide long term value to the overall business with reduced cost.
- Determine acceptable level of operational risks taking or escalation management.
- Enhance existing internal processes to enable the offshore support team to effectively operate within the connection points to business issue processes.
- Facilitate and contribute to overall deployment strategy decisions for both applications and data solutions in China market.
- Provide application and data + analytics solutions support in conjunction with solution delivery and act as liaison between different groups for resolution of escalated issues.
- Communicate effectively, creating and delivering presentations to ensure alignment across commercial business unit, Pfizer Digital business partner and other Pfizer Digital teams.
- Align with Pfizer initiative leadership regularly to share status, escalate and seek input/guidance.
- Activate and inspire the team to work as best they are with proper People management skills.
- Accountable for managing operational commercial solutions budget properly.
- Create and have readily available a response team to immediately act in the event of a cyber security event and partner closely with GIS to resolve any threats
- Manage China IPAD device distribution/replacement/upgrade/budget/process etc.
- Support PIPL commercial space program planning/migration period.
- Ensure PIPL commercial space post support operational stability for all China commercial eco-systems.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline and 15+ years of related pharmaceuticalor healthcare experience required; or 13+ years of experience with advanced degree preferred with progressive leadership growth.
- 7+ years’ experience / 10+ years of experience in a leadership capacity with increasing scope of responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience in working in a global, matrix organization
- Proven ability to build coalitions and develop strong partnerships across functions
- Exhibits a high level of business knowledge and understanding of the external marketplace and anticipates business line or sub-function customer requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and evidence of enabling teamwork in a matrix environment
- Executive presence and ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- Strong program management skills
- Must have proven ability to manage communication as a vehicle to ensure alignment of strategies and day-to-day operations to team members and business unit partners in support of China commercial digital products, services and experiences.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree
- Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Travel will be required as part of this role. Expectations around travel will vary but candidates must be capable of travel within the region, to other regions, and to Pfizer World Headquarters.

Business Technology is a 7x24x365 endeavor. This role may require physical or virtual participation on a weekend, holiday, or after normal business hours
