The selected candidate must have current work authorization in the United States. This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.
This position will be in support of the Office 365 System and its team members. Looking for someone who has some technology experience in working within the administration of a system. The work performed by this team member will increase in complexity as they become skilled in the various systems. This position's main role will be to support the Office 365 (M365) team. This position will be remote 100% of the time.
Job Duties Included:
Triage incoming service requests and work to resolve incidents. For issues that require additional assistance, they will escalate as necessary and work with more senior team members to arrive at a resolution
Assist in administering Office 365 email and other service offerings in the cloud. This will
include troubleshooting user accounts, mailboxes, message delivery, and any other troubleshooting
needs specific to the services in the cloud.
Provide basic administration assistance for student email in Google
Provide timely responses to any spam incidents, phishing attempts, and compromised accounts. Work with other team members on the appropriateness of the response related to the incident.
Assist in administration support of Listserv server for bulk email communications
Position Qualifications
MINIMUM:
High school diploma with some computer technology experience
Preferred:
AA degree, with 1 year of IT experience
