What You Will Achieve
As part of the business support team, you will represent your organizational unit on administrative matters, recommending, interpreting and implementing company's internal administrative policies and procedures. Your will perform a combination of administrative tasks in various functional areas.
As a Senior Associate, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It
- Contribute to the completion of projects, manage own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for work activities on own projects within a team.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Group Lead to effectively manage complex global calendars, and schedule high level/time-sensitive meetings,
- Manage travel arrangements, maintain files and records, and complete expense reports.
- Act as a central point of contact for field colleagues providing a personal connection for centralized process.
- Track progress and proactively accelerate approvals, resolving issues to support project timelines and within Key Performance Indicators.
- Track process performance and drive continuous improvement activities.
- Support business processes and objectives around managing new product introductions, returns to market, discontinuations, etc. and works with various stakeholders to ensure operational execution is aligned with business expectations.
- Plan and execute team meetings and other conferences led by Global Policy.
- Develop Subject Matter Expertise for one or more data process in scope.
- Work directly with external vendors or stakeholders to support them through the process explaining our processes, resolving queries and expediting contracts.
- Work well in self-directed environment, with minimal instruction needed, assumes increased levels of responsibility and takes accountability for decisions and outcomes.
- Track the spend against budget and any specific allocation limits, keeping stakeholders informed of progress as necessary and through quarterly reporting.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of administrative/support or relevant experience
- Proven ability in managing day-to-day planning and operational activities
- Experience coordinating global business travel
- Able to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Possess a high energy level, sense of urgency, creativity, decisiveness, and ability to work hard and well under pressure
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other administrative support
- Responsible self-starter with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to respond with professionalism in verbal and written communications with all levels of the organization
- Excellent core Information Technology skills, such as MS Word, Excel etc.
Nice-to-Have
- Master's degree
- Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
- Experience in project management
- Preferable knowledge of commercial processes or business analytics processes
- Healthcare industry background and project management experience
