Job Description

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education - 1st Associate's Degree - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and related nursing experience.
Work Exp 5+ years

Unencumbered RN license; BLS

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Education - 1st Master's Degree in Nursing or other related area.

Experience in quality and accreditation; rural health clinic experience; experience using Epic and Epic reporting tools; advanced skills in Excel and other reporting tools.

CITI training or other clinical trials certification, RHC certification, Quality certification.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as Lead - Acts as a Lead by guiding the work of others who perform essentially the same work.

BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES
No Budget Responsibilities - No fiscal responsibility for the department's budget.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
90% - Stand for prolonged period
90% - Walk or move about
30% - Use hands or feet to operate or handle machinery, equipment, etc
5% - Ascend or descend (i.e. stairs, ladder)
10% - Position self to accomplish task (i.e. stoop, kneel, crawl)
90% - Communicate, converse, give direction, express oneself
20% - Recognize or inspect visually
10% - Move, transport, raise or lower
100% - Extends hands or arms in any direction
100% - Perceive, observe, clarity of vision

WORKING CONDITIONS:
10% - Overnight Travel
100% - Exposure to bio-hazards (i.e. blood, bodily fluids)
