职位：区域招标经理-北区 (J090)
汇报对象：全国招标及商务卓越运营负责人
岗位职责：
- 作为区域招采负责人全面管理辖区内(北区八省) PBG相关产品的招采事宜
- 跟进区域各省招采政策和项目动态，分析和预判机会&风险并制定相应的策略
- 带领区域招采工作组(LMA/DCM/HA/BU等)，高效实施应对策略、跟进项目全流程
- 识别和管理辖区内招采核心客户，落实日常拜访和支持客户融动和政策倡导工作
- 按照各省/项目要求的节点，及时、准确、高效的维护招采平台信息(包括基础信息维护、更新、产品申报和报价等)
职位要求：
- 本科或以上学历
- 7年以上的医药行业经验，有商务、招标、政府事务、准入等工作背景优先
- 熟悉国内医药卫生政策，具备深刻的政策洞察、解读和分析能力
- 优秀的内外部沟通/协调能力、团队合作意识和解决问题的能力
- 敢于承担责任，面对工作压力能保持专业和理性并持续交付工作目标
