Job Description
The Oncology Country Brand Manager is responsible for owning a specific therapeutic area (TA) and the brand strategy for the brands that are involve in it. Key TAs in our Porfolio today are Colon, Lung, Prostate, Hemato and new indications and brands in pipeline align not only with these TAs but also new ones.
This role will be accountable for the development and execution of the Brand Plan, working together with medical and access as main partners for the Business; as well as manage the strategic alignment with the Regional LATAM Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Oncology Country Brand Manager are as follows:
Brand Plan development & brand strategies execution, that meet local market needs and results
Drive best-in-class pre-launch/launch activities for any new indication or product in the designated portfolio
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Access and Commercial, Medical, Corporate Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Legal & Compliance, Supply, to secure alignment on marketing and commercial strategies
Partner and collaborate with the Regional Therapeutic Area Lead (RTAL) Conduct comprehensive pricing analysis and monitoring, utilizing data to identify pricing trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for optimization
Strategic budget management and execution
P&L accountable for brand
Own the forecast elaboration and follow-up, utilizing data-driven demand planning and sales and operations planning (S&OP) techniques to ensure adequate supply management of the portfolio
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure brand performance, following a growth mindset
Monitor sales performance using relevant metrics and data analysis tools, identify gaps and put in place accurate plan of actions
Support the acceleration of new capabilities, including digital and onmi-channel marketing, by leveraging data analytics to measure the effectiveness of these initiatives
Implement data management practices to capture and analyze field insights, transforming them into actionable plans to engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs)
Strategy & Innovation
Good knowledge of the designated therapeutic area under his/her responsibility.
Understand environmental and competitive landscape.
Development and implementation of local strategic and tactical omnichannel plans based on customer insights, competitive and environmental analysis, aligned across key stakeholders.
Drive KOL development and advocacy in accordance with Pfizer policies.
Lead the development of promotional materials, following the executional processes of COLAB model.
Ensure high standards of Compliance norms, policies and procedures.

P&L Accountability
Accountable for the planning, spending, and controlling local DME for areas of responsibility. Demonstrate compliant use of financial systems and processes.
Allocates DME based on business potential and BU priorities.
Ownership of forecasting approach for operating plan and LE submissions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Pharmaceutics, Marketing, Medicine, or other relevant.
Fluency in Business English (advanced level)
Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical experience in marketing or a relevant function.
Broad knowledge and experience of the Argentine healthcare and pharmaceutical environment.
More than two years of experience in comparable role preferred.
Previous experience in the designated therapeutic area (Oncology) will be preferred.
