The Senior Manager, US Consumer VaxAssist & Respiratory Vaccines Franchise is a role that is responsible for supporting & managing the marketing for & development of Pfizer’s first unbranded vaccination scheduling & eligibility tool, VaxAssist, and the respiratory vaccines franchise strategy and execution.
The role will require an understanding of omnichannel strategic & creative development, with an emphasis on digital, as well as ongoing real-time data analysis & optimizations, and a strong ability to partner closely with cross-functional team members & agency partners. The candidate will join a team that operates in an environment that embraces and encourages innovative ideas and creates a culture of collaboration and teamwork.

- Data analysis & associated implications for the business
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with the CMO Office Product Team, Pfizer Digital, Retail Team, analytics teams & agency partners to develop & optimize the VaxAssist tool prior to & throughout the vaccination season
- Support the development of VaxAssist/respiratory franchise consumer strategies, campaigns, messaging and marketing plans to drive vaccination rates across the portfolio
- Embed foundational analytics capabilities (e.g. dashboards, tracking/reporting metrics and KPIs) via collaboration with VaxAssist cross-functional retail, data science, media & web analytics team and rapidly adjust creative & media plans based on new insights
- Conduct all responsibilities in accordance with Company policies, with a strong adherence to Pfizer Core Values, including compliance
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/BA degree required with 7+ years in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device or diagnostic industry, including proven Marketing ability to successfully deliver in fast paced and highly competitive environments
- Success in maintaining productive/collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners
- Experience in working with different channels, digital/social/website development experience required
- Be an active contributor to create and operate in an environment that continuously encourages the implementation of innovative ideas and fosters a culture of collaboration and teamwork across functional teams
- Agile mindset - Ability to move fast in response to what is happening in the external marketplace & finding ways to deliver in the face of accelerated deadlines
- Ability to understand Consumer needs and translate these into meaningful strategies, tactics & website updates
- Strong communication and presentation skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Pharmaceutical advertising/consumer marketing preferred
- Experience running/supporting Consumer marketing initiatives preferred (project management, proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, strong team culture and collaboration)
- Analytical mindset

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $117,300.00 to $195,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
