POSITION SUMMARY
The role will be responsible for the national AMS-VPS strategy landing with right mechanism and platform, and develop tailored GTMx to fit VBP portfolio-selling.
This position requires outstanding communications and leadership skills with proven success in innovation, and exceptional forward-looking capability to keep the business at a competitive edge. He / She will need to be highly proactive, work collaboratively with other groups, have strong attention to detail along with excellent written, verbal and listening skills, presentation skills, teaming, facilitation, mental agility, influencing, and relationship building skills.
AMS: Antimicrobial Stewardship
VPS: Volume-based procurement stewardship
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
Well-known the VBP policies trends and changes of pharma industry. Support foundation brands portfolio strategy development to drive the business growth. Develop t right mechanism and platform/project to secure AMS-VPS strategy with right execution. Establish necessary professional relationships with policy makers and hospital management teams. Lead partner with cross functional teams of Compliance, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Finance, Market Access etc. Coordinate with BU internal and cross BUs to succeed the project landing. Develop modes & narratives for field force to ensure effective communication and implementation/refinement of process. Collect regional market information, improve the maintenance of customer information database, customer file management system and KOL speaker database.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Medical or Medicine, Master degree and MBA preferred Proficient oral and written English 8+ years’ experience in Marketing, Strategy, Business Planning roles, etc.
