DescriptionWest Virginia University Health Science Center is currently accepting applications for a Temporary Research Assistant in the Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute/Department of Neuroscience
About the Opportunity
This person will provide support in conducting neuroscience research. The position requires a range of neuroscience-related skills in behavior, data analysis, and cell culture.
What you'll do:
Conduct behavioral research
Collect and analyze data to prepare research for publication
Cell culture, drug administration, procedures
Length of Assignment: Approximately 8.5 month
Pay Grade: 15
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
A minimum of one (1) year research experience related to neuroscience, cancer biology, or immunology preferred
Basic Animal Handling Skills
