COMMITTEE MANAGEMENT ADMIN-REMOTE

The Committee Management Administrator provides support to the following regulatory oversight committees: Cancer Protocol Review and Monitoring Committee (CPRMC); the Data Safety Monitoring Committee (DSMC); the COH designated Institutional Review Boards; and indirectly to the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC); Stem Cell Research Oversight Committee (SCRO) and Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC).

This role is responsible for the following: managing regulatory oversight committee’s rosters, meeting preparation, confirming quorum, finalizing meeting agendas, and delivering agenda packets to committee members. The committee management administrator may assist in other special projects, including but not limited to, assisting with the coordination of website updates, audit coordination, IRB, DSMC and C/PRMC member evaluation.

As a successful candidate, you will:

  • Coordinate committee meetings: Prepare materials, assign tasks, and confirm attendance.
  • Manage Executive Committee meetings: Assist with agenda preparation and logistics.
  • Maintain committee schedules: Update and oversee the calendar on COH's intranet.
  • Handle committee communications: Manage email inquiries and phone calls.
  • Coordinate staff meeting logistics: Arrange agendas and room reservations.
  • Participate in quality control and process improvement: Contribute to initiatives while adhering to policies and confidentiality guidelines at City of Hope.
  • High school diploma plus 2+ years post high school college level education

Salary / Pay Rate Information:
Pay Rate: $26.03 - $40.34 / hour

The estimated pay scale represents the typical [salary/hourly] range City of Hope reasonably expects to pay for this position, with offers determined based on several factors which may include, but not be limited to, the candidate’s experience, expertise, skills, education, job scope, training, internal equity, geography/market, etc. This pay scale is subject to change from time to time.
