The Executive Services Sr Manager assists in the development, modeling, implementation, and communication of executive pay strategies which serve to ensure market competitiveness and drive organizational and individual performance. In partnership with the Director and externally contracted executive compensation consulting group, manages the annual executive compensation cycle. Assists in the design and implementation of executive short-term and long-term incentive plans in addition to non-executive incentive plans as applicable, ensuring awards are accurately calculated and paid to participants in compliance with the plan documents. Prepares competitive executive compensation packages and offers of employment for internal and external candidates.

As a successful candidate, you will:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of compensation strategies that deliver base, short-term, and long-term compensation that is internally and externally market-relevant. Keep up to date with executive compensation trends and provides recommendations to compensation structure, base pay, cash incentives, annual and long-term cash incentive plan design, and equity award guidelines.
  • Be responsible for the administration of the end-to-end annual executive compensation processes, including mid-year, year-end, and off-cycle, as needed.
  • Liaise proactively with Talent Acquisition, working closely with the Director and the VP of Total Rewards to manage executive compensation overview and offer letter generation to ensure the fast turnaround of offers.
  • Manage executive-level salary survey processes, conduct comprehensive market research and benchmarking to ensure our compensation is competitive and aligned to industry. Review market annually for executive positions to remain competitive in the market.
  • Partner with external vendors, including external compensation consultants and survey vendors, on project deliverables, contracts, statements-of-work, and invoices
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to executive compensation in the healthcare and research industry

Your qualifications should include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, human resources, business, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in compensation with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in executive compensation

Job Status: Full time, exempt

Salary range $142,604 - $238,160
