As a member of TGen's Purchasing department, the Purchasing and Receiving Coordinator will review, process, and place purchase order requests with established suppliers, clarify end-user requirements and communicate order status to internal stakeholders; coordinate daily Receiving by recording inbound packages, verifying contents, and deploying to end-users; manage supply

room inventory. Will process returns as needed, research and correct invoice discrepancies. The Purchasing and Receiving Coordinator will also participate in projects and other department activities as assigned.


This position will require attendance on-site for the first 2 months for training, and will work a hybrid thereafter.

  • Administer the Purchase order / Receiving processes and all related activity.
  • Research Invoice discrepancies and take appropriate action to correct.
  • Compile Reports and analyst to determine and investigate potential issues
  • Other duties as assigned.

The estimated pay scale represents the typical [salary/hourly] range City of Hope reasonably expects to pay for this position, with offers determined based on several factors which may include, but not be limited to, the candidate’s experience, expertise, skills, education, job scope, training, internal equity, geography/market, etc. This pay scale is subject to change from time to time.
