City of Hope is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II. Overseeing multiple research protocols, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance, and attending clinics as needed. Manages data compilation, registration, and submission, while monitoring study compliance and maintaining effective data flow. Demonstrates independent and proficient performance as required. SOCRA certification preferred.

As a successful candidate, you will:

  • Manages multiple research protocols, ensuring current and accurate documentation.
  • Registers patients and maintains registration documentation, playing an active role in recruitment.
  • Compiles and submits data according to protocol requirements, ensuring compliance with study requirements.
  • Trains and mentors new clinical research staff; performs protocol-specific clinical duties.
  • Collects, labels, and processes specimens safely, maintaining confidentiality and interpersonal relationships.
  • Identifies and communicates protocol issues, maintains professional development, and ensures an organized work environment.

Your qualifications should include:

  • Associate's Degree (experience may substitute for minimum education requirements)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Two years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in research

Salary / Pay Rate Information:
Pay Rate: $32.00 - $40.34 / hour

The estimated pay scale represents the typical [salary/hourly] range City of Hope reasonably expects to pay for this position, with offers determined based on several factors which may include, but not be limited to, the candidate’s experience, expertise, skills, education, job scope, training, internal equity, geography/market, etc. This pay scale is subject to change from time to time.
