Summary
Baylor College of Medicine is looking to add an Assistant Professor to our vibrant Maternal Fetal Medicine - Fetal Intervention division. We are supported by a highly skilled team of sonographers, genetic counselors, and mid-level providers. We provide clinical care at the state of the art Texas Children's Pavilion for Women, Harris Health Systems, and in surrounding community offices.
Opportunities are available at our community sites. Our multi-disciplinary Fetal Center has national and international renown, and our Critical Care unit supports an active regional maternal transport service. We have a fully accredited Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellowship, Perinatal Surgery Fellowship, and a competitive residency program. Job Duties
Clinical responsibilities will be assigned by your Chair and Division Director and may be altered in response to changing Departmental and Division needs. Specific responsibilities are negotiable and dependent upon the candidate's interest and expertise. The candidate will be expected to work primarily at the Pavilion for Women at Texas Children's Hospital. There will also be an expectation to participate in research and educational activities in the department.
All faculty are expected to participate in the educational mission of the College. Minimum Qualifications
Must have an MD Degree and be board certified or eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
Candidate must have or be eligible for a valid Texas Medical Board License.
