As a successful candidate, you will:

• Directs the technology technicians within a Service Desk structure to provide second level support based on ITIL standards for incident and problem management. Manages staff schedules. Responsible to coordinate and schedule replacements of EOL equipment and net new requests for computer equipment.
• Perform lease replacement and installation of new equipment
• Manage flow of computer assets from procurement/installation and replacement updating inventory. Manage Service Desk technical support staff to manage incidents and service requests for Desktop Support Services.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Your qualifications should include:

• High School or GED.
• 8 years of experience in PC hardware/software support/deployment including peripherals in a high-volume setting. Project management skills for large-scale deployments. General troubleshooting and experience with Local Area Networks required.
• A+ Certification, or equivalent certification relevant to PC support, with one-year minimum experience.
• Current California Driver’s License and a good driving record for insurance purposes.
