This position provides security for patients, employees, and visitors; protects buildings, assets, and premises as assigned. Works under the supervision of the Security Supervisor on shift but during the assignment works independently, exercising initiative on matters not prescribed within established policies and procedures.
As a successful candidate, you will have experience and ability in the following areas:
- Healthcare security
- Reporting
- Customer Service
- Patrolling premises
- Parking lot Monitoring
Your qualifications should include:
- High School or equivalent
- 2 years of security experience required, (preferably in a healthcare setting)
- Current CA Driver’s license
- Guard Registration card
- Oleoresin Capsicum (OC)/pepper spray/chemical agent permit
- CPR and First Aid within 90 days of hire
- AB5O8/management of aggressive behavior within 90 days of hire

Salary / Pay Rate Information:
Pay Rate: $22.66 - $29.51 / hour
