We have an exciting opportunity to join our talented Human Resources Department, Enterprise Talent Development. The Manager of Enterprise Talent Development focus is leadership of all strategies and related tactics to create, lead, implement, maintain, and measure a best practice first year experience for all new hires. This includes programmatic front line leadership development for newly hired and promoted within candidates. Additionally co-leads interventional work across the organization in collaboration with internal HR groups and client group stakeholders. Assists in the Employee Engagement space when needed. May lead day to day work of department consultant and analyst when and where appropriate.

As a successful candidate, you will:

Internal Consulting

In collaboration with Business Partners, leadership in Organizational Effectiveness and internal clients, support interventions when called upon.

Core Talent Development

Lead the effort for first year experience and programmatic frontline leadership development as described in above summary.

Supports Engagement Activities

Design various follow-up and feedback mechanisms for the purpose of assessing program/practice effectiveness and determining any necessary changes or revision to programs/practices. Responsible for identification and implementation of improvement strategies and tactics.

Staff Management

On occasion, provide guidance and direction when appropriate to consultant and analyst within Organizational Effectiveness team.

Leader/Manager Coaching and Mentoring

Coach and mentor organizational leaders and managers as requested; to develop leadership and management skills and to help resolve departmental and staff issues.

Contribute to Organizational Initiatives

Contribute to organizational initiatives by serving on teams and committees as appropriate to core work as described above.

Your qualifications should include:

  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in organizational development, behavioral sciences, human resources, business management or education.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in an OD/HR capacity.
  • Experience and knowledge required in all of the following areas: program and people management, programmatic leadership development, culture transformation, performance and change management, and interventional HR work.
  • Demonstrated experience in large scale project management (e.g. change management efforts, cultural assimilation of employees and leaders, employee engagement surveys a must.

Preferred:

  • MA/MBA/MS preferred in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Behavior/Psychology, Organizational Development
  • Strongly preferred but relevant work experience and knowledge may substitute for degree(s).
  • Change Management, Project Management, Coaching, Organizational Design, Competency Development.

Salary / Pay Rate Information:
Pay Rate: $45.22 - $72.36 / hour
