We are looking for a highly motivated Logistics Program Analyst, responsible to oversee and support Data Center Logistics programs, processes, and procedures. In this role you will provide Logistics services to teams and business groups streamline processes, and complete projects, while crafting cost savings through burst labor/shared resource management across the organization.

We are looking for a highly motivated Logistics Program Analyst, responsible to oversee and support Data Center Logistics programs, processes, and procedures. In this role you will provide Logistics services to teams and business groups streamline processes, and complete projects, while crafting cost savings through burst labor/shared resource management across the organization.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years experience program development/management/optimization.
- Proven experience in developing and optimizing processes, programs, and procedures in a logistics environment.
- Experience working in a dynamic environment both cross-functionally and remote sites.
- Strong team builder and collaborator that understands consensus will be necessary for execution on results.
- Creative/Critical thinking to understand the current and future needs of the business/department.
- Ability to quickly gain understanding of various apps and programs required to implement in the role. Understanding includes but is not limited to word processing, spreadsheets, work boards, video editing software, visual workspaces, program management software, and various Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.
Description
In this role, the Logistics Program Analyst will organize and handle a variety of logistics issues in a manufacturing environment.
Duties involve but are not limited to:
Supply Chain services, training development, video content creation, inventory control, critical part's availability, material handling, import-export licensing, shipment of products, and third-party warehousing.
Evaluate customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met.
Serve as liaison between sales and operations teams to develop concepts and coordinate product knowledge; provides data analysis for production planning and volume studies; and participates in process/rating improvement efforts.
Assist in developing logistics plans, procedures, and training material.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
