This position typically works Friday through Tuesday1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The Lead Worker coordinates the activities of Food Service Workers including tray line, patient services call center, scheduling breaks, and closing responsibilities.

As a successful candidate, you will:

• Be responsible for the supervision of day-to-day activities of subordinates and assign responsibility for specific work or functional activities.
• Maintain key control of operations and be responsible for activities to ensure opening, closing, and daily procedures are completed.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures and reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
• Have strong customer service and service recovery skills while assisting patients.

Your qualifications should include:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 or more years of related work experience.
