What Your Job Will Be Like: Organization 03530, Compensation, is currently seeking a highly motivated, hardworking, and experienced Compensation Analyst to join their dynamic team of compensation professionals! 03530 implements and administers compensation policies, procedures, practices, and programs for Sandia National Laboratories. The selected candidate will provide guidance to management and human resources partners regarding compensation programs, actions, and issues. Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communications skills. Department activities involve interactions with all areas, classifications, and levels of the Laboratory. Compensation has a direct line of sight impact on Sandia's ability to achieve its goals and objectives as a key element of Sandia's total rewards concept. Position Information: This Limited Term Employee (LTE) position is a temporary position for one year term, which may be renewed at Sandia's discretion up to a maximum of seven years. Individuals in LTE positions may bid on regular Sandia positions as internal candidates, and in some cases may be converted to regular career positions during their term if warranted by ongoing operational needs, continuing availability of funds, and satisfactory job performance. Salary Range: $78,000 - $176,900 *Salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, and application of any approved geographic salary differential.
