Pediatric Outpatient Psychologists - South Region

Cleveland Clinic, one of the world's most distinguished academic medical centers and ranked by U.S. News & World Report, announces a search for TWO Child Psychologists in our growing outpatient practices in the region.

Job Description:

  • The psychologist will develop and implement several outpatient service lines related to the wide range of psychological conditions that present across our region. Treatments will include in-person, virtual, and group therapies.
  • The psychologist will serve as a local lead of 2-4 master's level clinicians or psychologists in training working in the same location.
  • The psychologist will partner with our larger team of psychologists and master's level clinicians as a team of teams to successfully manage care across the many regions that the Cleveland Clinic serves.
  • The psychologist will work primarily at one of these two southern region locations:
  • Akron, Ohio
  • Canton/Belden Village, Ohio
  • Additional opportunity to specialize in an area of interest is supported.

Being a staff psychologist at the Cleveland Clinic also offers opportunities in program development and implementation, and opportunities for teaching learners from a variety of health disciplines. Staff may also participate in our Psychology Fellowship Program and our APA-accredited Psychology Residency Program.

A faculty appointment at a rank commensurate with experience is available at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University. Board Certification via the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP), which is required to advance from Associate Staff to Full Staff, is fully supported and funded by the Cleveland Clinic Children's Institute.

Qualifications: Doctorate in clinical, counseling, or school psychology, with APA approved internship, licensure in Ohio and at least one year of post-doctoral experience in a clinical child or pediatric psychology setting.
