Tail Brand Hospital Portfolio Manager - Australia
The role:

Key Responsibilities:
• Development and implementation of the product, molecule and portfolio strategies, including tactical plans in key accounts
• Partner with external stakeholders to provide materials and programs in support of need of the strategic and key accounts. Foster relationships with tender bodies, key influencers, opinion leaders and target customer groups.
• Manage agencies and other suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to communicate alignment between internal stakeholders to facilitate a cohesive approach of marketing the tail brand portfolio and thereby optimising its commercial performance
• Development of appropriate forecasts, targets, KPI’s for individual molecules and portfolio while optimising resource allocations to ensure return on investment and achievement of sales and IBT targets
• Lead the portfolio optimisation analyses to ensure the molecules offered to the market are competitive and profitable
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Key Requirements:
To be successful for this position, you will need to demonstrate the following expertise and skills-set:
• Good knowledge of the hospital generic industry
• Solid understanding wholesaler environment
• Effectively prioritizes and focus on what is important.
• Proven ability to develop accurate short and long term plans
• Fundamental knowledge of business analysis
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to establish a network of key stakeholders
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
