As a successful candidate, you will:
Must be able to work FT Mon-Fri, 8a-4:30p.
Demonstrate support of the hospital mission and vision by providing nursing, case management/disease management services to clients and families to help in the coordination and management of individuals’ health needs through the full continuum, as needed.
Demonstrate the ability to assess, coordinate, plan, monitor, implement and evaluate the patient’s plan of care while ensuring and facilitating the achievement of optimal quality, clinical and financial outcomes.
Perform assessment of clinical and life issues for the patients.
Provide professional nursing services in support of the physician, in the direct and indirect care of patients.
Demonstrate sound knowledge and actions in the care and decision making for the oncology patient population and seeks guidance appropriately.
Adhere and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Georgia Board of Nursing.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Manage time and tasks efficiently and effectively.
Maintain a working knowledge of basic computer skills.
Your qualifications should include:
Current Georgia RN license from an accredited college
BSN required or enrolled within 6 months of hire and BSN completed within three years from hire date
BLS (Obtain AHA certification within 30 days of hire)

Salary / Pay Rate Information:
Pay Rate: $31.90 - $52.55 / hour
