About the role

The Go-To-Market Excellence Design, Embed and Optimize team (DEO) is an opportunity to innovate brand marketing and go-to-market models to extend competitive advantage and achieve our aspiration to be the best marketers of science and technology and to make Pfizer the most trusted brand.

This GTMx Analytics DEO International lead is a new role within Biopharma, reporting into the GTMx Analytics DEO lead, and responsible for driving effective international rollout of Customer Facing innovations.

The role will be responsible for coordinating the implementation and drive adoption of Foundational and Advanced analytics (AI next best action orchestration), including enhancements on existing CEM capabilities for all ex-US markets/regions including Regional Commercial Offices as well as drive the design of new analytic solutions and enhancements based on country needs.

The role will lead a cross functional team that support International markets partnering with other functions for an effective deployment of analytics innovations.

The role will work closely with other CMO and functional teams and partner with the markets to shape the design of further enhancements and innovations based on their customers and business needs.

Main responsibilities

• Deploy effective international rollout of GTM Analytic innovations leveraging close understanding of market needs and capabilities
• Embed GTM Analytics innovation in organization by creating clear scaling plan based on the blueprint from the prototyping phase with the goal to adapt to additional markets and scale globally
• Optimize Analytics innovations by continually incorporating learnings from markets and shaping the design of future enhancements that improve customers use and experience.
• Ensure technology is integrated to seamlessly enable GTM model
• Inform Analytics innovations and how those fits into overall go-to-market strategy by identifying the colleague/ business pain points that will drive the most impactful innovations.
• Act as a key enabler in building a strong culture and driving the CMOs disruptive innovation agenda

About you

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience (15+ years) in positions of go-to-market innovations with proven track record in roles specially in analytics.
• Track record of strong networking and working collaboratively across functions and geographies to implement new GTM initiatives
• Direct experience in using advanced analytics (AI and data science) to drive business insights, decisions and impact
• Exceptional communicator, can align interpersonal style with the individual needs and distill complex, technical concepts to a layperson
• Executive presence and demonstrated ability to effectively influence senior leaders and colleagues at all levels of the organization
• Strong project and time management and organizational skills
• English (C2)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience launching technology solutions across multiple markets in a large organization
