The Digital Client Partner team is looking for a customer focused, energetic, and detail oriented Digital PGS Business Analyst who will work in partnership with Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) to deliver key Digital solutions.
The Digital PGS Business Analyst will need to have business acumen and strong communication skills. In addition, the Analyst will need good time management skills to work on multiple projects/initiatives in parallel. The Digital PGS Business Analyst will need to have ability and spirit of collaboration to work across a matrixed organization.
As a Digital PGS Business Analyst, the incumbent will:
Translate function needs into business requirements and clearly communicate those requirements to stakeholders and the appropriate Digital groups.
Partner with the function stakeholders and appropriate Digital groups to manage successful execution of the Digital PGS strategy including solution delivery, business adoption and business case achievement.
Role Responsibilities
Provide guidance, lead/co-lead projects, manages own time to meet objectives and plan resource requirements for projects across the PGS organization.
Collaborate and influence the Digital Solution Areas in shaping solutions within the current and future systems portfolio to improve business processes.
Evaluate optimal solution among proposed implementation solutions, support development of business cases and design the process to meet the customer needs.
Manage change in requirements over the project lifecycle and partners with the project Manager to assess the impact on the project scope.
Work across Solution Delivery teams to define improvements and enhancements.
Support communication requirements from Pfizer Digital to stakeholders and wider site.
Communicate and secure agreement on the requirements across PGS stakeholders.
Shows ability to lead, build teams and manage and/or coordinate large, complex activities across disciplines.
Maintain awareness of in-place platforms and support ongoing utilization and growth, e.g., usage, new enhancements, etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing related field.
5+ years’ experience in business analysis with history to deliver-experience in brainstorming, interviewing, leading requirement sessions, activity diagrams, process modeling, and wireframes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications required.
Demonstrated experience of various Information Technology practices.
Facilitation, consensus building, organization, and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Must contribute to a team-based, collaborative, and positive environment.
Nice-to-Have
Master's degree and relevant Computer Science and/or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing experience
Previous Client Partner Experience.
Previous experience developing business line technology strategies and business cases.
Good knowledge of System Application & Products within PGS Manufacturing Services.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $81,800.00 to $0.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 12.5% of the base salary. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Salary range does not apply to the Tampa, FL location.Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
