Engineering in Natural Language and Machine Learning has already made a deep impact in Apple’s front-line products, such as Siri. Research Engineers at Siri are taking this a step further by redefining artificial intelligence, and crafting groundbreaking technology for NLP, machine learning, and large scale systems. Our Siri China team is looking for talent students to work with us to explore novel ideas and to develop techniques or insights, take China Siri user experiences to the next level. We are looking for NLP scientists and engineers to join our teams in Beijing office.

Key Qualifications
- - Expertise and experience in various facets of ML and NLP, such as classification, feature engineering, information extraction, structured prediction, clustering, semi-supervised learning, topic modeling and ranking
- - Good programming skills with validated experience crafting, prototyping, and delivering sophisticated algorithmic solutions
- - Creative, collaborative, and innovation focused
- - Ideally: an MS or PhD candidate, though exceptional undergraduates may apply.
Description
Interns will collaborate closely with distinguished NL scientists or engineers at Siri team and will receive hands-on mentorship and guidance throughout their project exploration, as well as gaining significant experience in natural language processing, you will use your deep understanding of machine learning and natural language processing(NLP) to solve meaningful technical problems, transfer your ideas into solutions in the next generation of Siri product.
Education & Experience
Currently pursuing a PhD degree in Machine Learning, Robotics, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or related areas.
