IS&T Corporate Systems team is looking for a creative and motivated Software Engineer with excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills. Key Qualifications

5+ years of Software development experience designing and building complex, highly available, large scale Web applications.
Solid understanding of full web technology stack: RESTful services, client-side frameworks, data persistence technologies.
Experience building pixel-perfect, robust and, accessible user interfaces on the web.
Proficient in one or more JavaScript framework like Angular, React, Vue or equivalent.
Strong understanding of TypeScript and the latest ECMAScript standards.
Fluent in CSS3 and Less/Sass (ability to write mixins, partials, functions, etc) and usage in large scale applications.
Hands on experience with Java and related technologies: Java, Web Services, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JUnit/TestNG.
Experience with non-relational, NoSQL databases.
Experience in web analytics, accessibility standards, and SEO techniques.
Strong problem solving skills.
Passion for building a rich and innovative user experience.
Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams located in different locations.

Description

As a Full Stack Engineer you will be responsible for building the next generation of user experiences for Apple’s Recruiting Platform. You will work with project managers and technical teams in a multi-functional environment to implement quality products that meet the business goals. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, pro-active and solution oriented. Attention to detail and dedication to providing a high-quality, stable delivery are essential.

You will be challenged to find creative solutions to technical problems, feel comfortable working with complex systems and large data sets, collaborating in a team environment.

Education & Experience

BS degree in computer science or equivalent industry experience.

Additional Requirements

Having any of the following are definite pluses for this role:
Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
Experience with reactive or functional programming.
Experience with Node.js.
Experience with search platforms (e.g.: Solr, Elastic).
Experience with cloud technologies and integrating/deploying SAAS solutions.
Experience with Build Tools.
Experience with data visualization technologies.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $130,000 and $242,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
