This position is available to Northeastern University students who are currently enrolled and eligible for Co-op.
The Computational Sciences department is seeking a Software Engineer co-op student. The co-op will have opportunities to engage and participate in a real-world software development project in collaboration with Software Engineers and Scientists at The Jackson Laboratory. They will have opportunities to collaborate in the discovery of stakeholder requirements, code reviews, software unit and integration testing, CI/CD techniques, Cloud services, and agile methodology. The work will be approached as a software engineering project in which the co-op student gathers functional requirements through meeting with stakeholders and creates a software design document to guide their work through the duration of the project.

- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Computer Science or related majors
