Job Description
Summary
The primary responsibility will be assisting and conducting auditory experiments involving rodents.
Job Duties
- Assists and runs all aspects of rodent experiments on a variety of behavioral tasks, including starting, monitoring, and handling animals during experiments.
- Maintains various components of experimental rigs.
- Manages, processes, and oversees storage of experimental data.
- Performs routine analysis of experimental data to track task performance.
- Cares for animals outside of experiments, including feeding and transferring to/from the animal facility.
- Works with multiple platforms, including LabVIEW and Python, to run task logic for behavioral experiments.
- Works collaboratively with fellow members in the lab.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a High School or College Student (undergraduate or graduate).
- No experience required.
