Job Description
Summary
The Section of General Internal Medicine within the Department of Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine is seeking a Research Assistant II to assist with research duties. This individual will assist with recruitment, training coordination for CHWs and providers, group visit set-up, clinic contact and communication, data gathering and input, and manuscript preparation and submission. The individual will assist with ordering supplies, preparation of intervention materials and assessments, and collection and scoring of survey data. This individual will assist primarily in data gathering and input and manuscript and grant submissions. Data gathering includes follow-up chart review, entry of survey and clinical data into statistical spreadsheets, and preliminary data analysis.
Job Duties
- Assists with recruitment and training coordination for CHWs and providers.
- Assists with ordering supplies and preparation of intervention materials and assessments.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Basic Science or a related field.
- Three years of relevant experience.
