Job DescriptionPostdoctoral positions are available immediately to study novel strategies to boost immune surveillance and enhance the efficacy of immunoprevention and immunotherapies against breast cancer using genetic engineered mouse models and humanized mouse models. We use multidisciplinary approaches, including, but not limited to, immune profiling by CyTOF and single-cell sequencing, molecular imaging, human breast cancer specimens and bioinformatics. Our research encompasses studies of cancer cell signal transduction, tumor immune microenvironment, tumor antigen presentation by dendritic cells, tumor antigen reactive T-cells in tumor initiation, progression, and response to immunotherapies. We are also identifying new targets for breast cancer immunoprevention and immunotherapies and developing novel strategies to benefit cancer patients in carefully designed clinical trials.
