Job Description

Summary

Laboratory Helper position opening in lab studying mechanisms of obesity and type 2 diabetes. Our lab currently utilizes methods ranging in areas from molecular biology to whole-animal physiology. Training will be provided.

Job Duties

  • Works with mice and cell cultures as research models.
  • Assists with laboratory research experiments.
  • Accurately documents results of experiments.
  • Compiles and analyzes data.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • No experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
  • Prior laboratory experience
