Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking an Integration Analyst/Developer for the Office of Information Technology- Enterprise Application Services( OIT-EAS). Under the direction of an Associate Director for EAS, provides analytical and technical support for the University’s Cloud Administrative Systems including Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials, Project Portfolio Management), Jaggaer (formerly SciQuest) System consisting of Sourcing Director, Total Supplier Manager, Total Contract Manager, Accounts Payable and Procurement modules, and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (ARCS, FCCCS, etc.). This position is also responsible for production support, integration, analysis including patches, planning, design, development, implementation, subsequent phases and maintenance of Cloud Administrative Systems, and integration within Cloud Administrative Systems – including business transactions supporting Rutgers’ applications.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
Works closely with Business areas to perform technical troubleshooting and data analysis to determine root cause for production issues.
Identifies and recommends solutions.
Logs service requests with the software vendor as needed.
Develops new codes or modifies code as necessary.
Coordinates testing with end users and answers application related questions.
