Are you a researcher with proven abilities to carry out research in artificial intelligence? Are you able to use your expertise to develop software that can calculate an optimised 12 month production plan for all areas of a Textile Mill based on many known constraints?

As a Research Fellow in Artificial Intelligence Driven Production Planning, you will be a part of the wider Future Fashion Factory project. The Future Fashion Factory creative R&D partnership is a £5.4 million programme of ambitious research and development funded by the Industrial Strategy Challenge fund via the Creative Industries Cluster Programme that seeks to create the world’s first designer-led, digitally enabled creative design and technical innovation platform for high value, luxury goods.
You will have a PhD degree in in Data Science, Business Analytics (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning), Decision Sciences, Software Development or Computer Programming or a related subject.
