Job Description

Summary

Part-time position working approximately 18 hours per week.

 

This position will recruit patients and community dwelling/non-patient older adults for a study examining cognition/thinking skills and the clinical utility of a tablet based assessment. The main duties include scheduling of appointments, collection of data, transfer of data and communication with funding site and participation academic centers.

Job Duties

  • Recruits and schedules patients and non-patients for study.
  • Assists subjects with completion of questionnaires and digital/tablet based assessment task, transfer collected data and complete required paperwork.  
  • Manages incentive for research subjects.
  • Completes subject clincard acknowledgement form and submit for processing.  
  • Attends national research planning meetings. 
  • Assists with spreadsheet and group placement of enrolled subjects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Two years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced education may be considered in lieu of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with tablet based applications and medical record review.
  • Good communication skills, basic computer skills.
