Job Description

GartonLab (http://www.gartonlab.org/) at the University of Toronto is seeking to recruit a Postdoctoral Fellow in computational protein design. You will join a multi-disciplinary, multi-lab team that are developing a novel stem cell therapy, with potential for huge real-world impact. Applicants should have experience with the following computational techniques:

Protein structural modelling
Molecular dynamics
Rosetta protein design
Free energy calculation methods such as TI or FEP
Sequence analysis

Experience in modelling membrane proteins is preferable but not required.

Salary is internationally competitive and commensurate with experience.
