Responsible for teaching two 3-credit hour courses. Instructor will typically have a MWF or a TR schedule.

A graduate teaching assistant in the School of Computer Science and Mathematics is expected to have the equivalent of an undergraduate major in mathematics and is thus qualified to teach intermediate or college algebra. The assistant could have the responsibility of preparing and conducting class lectures, preparing quizzes and tests, evaluating student performance, and assigning final grades. The assistant is expected to keep regular office hours.
