Administered by The Washington Center (TWC) and led by the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) at their Washington, DC campus, this is a two-year appointment beginning in August 2020. Benefits include an annual stipend ($77,000), relocation costs (up to $6,000), health benefits, and a specified research project with clear objectives and goals. To be qualified you must be a U.S. Citizen (no dual citizens) and have completed a doctoral program from an historically black college or university (HBCU), Minority Serving Institution (MSI) or Tribal College or University (TCU) within approximately one year prior to the start date.
In this role, you will work alongside world-renowned scientists and engineers to strengthen America’s naval defense via science, technology, engineering, and/or mathematics (STEM) research.
