Job Description

Bench research fellowship investigating interactions between hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and genetics is available at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School. This bench-based program uses genetic and patient-oriented/mechanistic approaches to assess mechanisms of cardiovascular disease. This 2- to 3-year multi-disciplinary, research training program provides abundant opportunities to collaborate with clinical and basic scientists, and is designed to prepare scientists for successful research careers in Endocrinology, Cardiology, and/or Nephrology. Candidates should have a PhD or MD, and be a US citizen or permanent resident. This well-established program is supported by an NIH T32 Training Grant; salaries are based on the current NIH stipend levels.
