Notre Dame of Maryland University seeks an Enrollment Manager for our Graduate and College of Adult Undergraduate Studies Programs within the School of Arts, Sciences and Business. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management and the Dean of the School of Arts, Sciences and Business, the Enrollment Manager will serve as the initial and primary point of contact for prospective students in the School of Arts, Sciences and Business (SASB) for both the Graduate (master's) and the College of Adult Undergraduate Studies (CAUS) programs. The Enrollment Manager will work with the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management and the SASB Dean to develop and execute a comprehensive enrollment strategy (recruitment and retention) to meet institutional goals for the adult populations.
The Enrollment Manager's responsibilites will include:
Actively promote and support marketing communications for the SASB Graduate and Adult programs and recruit new students via networking, social media, email, phone, on-and off-campus information and college fairs;
Interview prospective students and provide information to include the evaluation of transfer credit, explanation of academic programs and course requirements, tuition payment options and financial aid; T
Serve as a coordinator for addressing needs of specific cohorts, assisting students in applying for admission to the program and facilitating registrations for students in start-term courses in collaboration with he professional academic advisor;
Serve as the representative for Notre Dame with all partners and will coordinate and participate in special events such as information sessions, open houses for prospective students and chat programs with current and prospective students;
Attend admissions staff meetings and participate in University-wide committees as deemed appropriate;
Assist with the development and implementation of special projects to include recruitment and information brochures, letters and invitations, web updates, social media outreach and other marketing/outreach projects.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in business, education, communications or related field, with a master's degree preferred. A minimum of two years of full-time work experience is required. Experience in new student recruitment, or admissions is preferred. This position requires a valid driver's license and a good driving record as some travel within the state is required. Ellucian/Datatel or other database management experience is a plus. Candidates must have excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills as well as computer and database literacy. Some evening and weekend hours are required to meet the needs of adult learners. Occasional attendance at weekend recruitment events is expected.
