  • Responsible for the preparation and/or operation of various components, materials, equipment, machines including, but not limited to any and/or all applicable components, materials, equipment, machines in the assigned area(s).
  • Complete adherence to all plant safety and (current) Good Manufacturing Practices {also cGMP} regulations to the highest.
  • Assist with diagnosis and troubleshooting activities and execute in-process quality inspections.
  • Ensure adequate inventory of parts and materials prior to initiating a production run.
  • Identify and seek to implement process and safety improvement and perform all tasks in a safe manner.
  • Participate in shift meetings, provide hand off information and communicate with other units and shifts.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Demonstrates ability to properly problem solve work-related issues, exercise good judgment/decision making, and effectively work with team members

Staging Coordinators are responsible for operation and control of the staging warehouse. The Staging Coordinator oversees the Aseptic DP production schedule and supplies each unit with the appropriate items ensure schedule adherence.

·       Perform cycle counts of KANBAN supplies and manage inventory level through appropriate ordering (central stores/WHS). 

·       On occasion support Aseptic Services on performing routine sanitization of designated area. 

·       Maintain entries into GPM documents with daily review for completeness  

·       Utilize computer skills to interact with multiple systems, performing entries is systems such as but not limited to SAP, DOC, Digital Logs  

·       Display robust communication between shifts (T0), cross functional communication between supplier and owning departments

·       Train and mentor new colleagues and TCWs 

·       Working safely and compliantly following all applicable SOPs and standards including recording of GMP documentation 

·       Completing and maintaining all required training on time 

·       Consistently displays Pfizer Core Value behaviors in accordance with Pfizer Core Competencies: Seizes accountability; grows self; change agile; self-awareness; commits to one Pfizer; peer relationships. 

·       Utilize downtime effectively and learn production principles 

This Staging Coordinator position will be 12 hr shifts Thursday, Friday, Saturday with a start time of 6:00 pm to 6:00 am and a flexible 12 hr shift every other Wednesday.
